Like I've said earlier, you do not need Photoshop to do this. You can use the blank templates to type your text using the open source GIMP, Paint.Net or your favorite photo editing software. If you have GIMP you can also manipulate the layers any way you like.

Please note I did not include free fonts since I composed about 80% these templates using Arial, Times New Roman, Impact - fonts that most computers already have.
